This year we were able to participate in the 2019 Science Expo at the Marguerite Montgomery Elementary school. Attendees learned about the structure of the DNA while making a bracelet of the participants favorite organism. Graduate student Colin and postdoc Alex were able to teach about DNA to ~150 kids.
